Costs
   The participants will have to pay a participation fee of 250 Euros.
   The participation fee will cover accommodation, three meals a day, a welcome package that will contain the study program, a trip in the weekend, the entrance to the museums that we are going to visit.

   The participants will have to pay their travel costs to Brasov, visa and travel insurance costs and they will also have to pay their club entrances.

Application Procedure
   There are three stages in the application procedure.

   First, you should register with a username and a password. During the registration you will complete the online application form. Please remember to fill in the application form carefully.

   Second, to be a fully eligible candidate, you will have to solve a case-study, available on the web-site.

   The Business Summer School will give 5 scholarships (which consists in the participation fee for the program). To be eligible for these scholarships candidates must submit essay on a specific theme, related to the subject of this year summer school. You will be able to upload the papers on your personal page.
Five best essays will be chosen for these scholarships.

   Third, we will notify you of your acceptance by email and ask you to pay the participation fee, and you will be sent an invoice, within ten days.

   You will be able to pay the tuition fee by wire transfer. Funds are to be made payable in € (euro) to the “Association of Economist Students in Bucharest” account. More details you will find in your personal page.
   Please note that you can guarantee your admission to the summer school ONLY by paying the tuition fee. No letters of acceptance or invitations are sent until you have paid the fee. Business Summer School cannot refund the registration fee in case of a cancellation.

Deadline
   The registration deadline is 10 July 2007.
